In addition to the house and your personal plot, in the settlement you get: a gated area with video surveillance and security, guest parking, a large shared recreation area with a pool, sun loungers, sofas, a water arch shower, and modern landscaping.
The house structure is a monolithic frame with block infill. In design and construction, we take into account the seismic activity of the region and the climatic conditions of Adjara.
Houses are sold in different configurations. The base price is for a house without finishing. Additionally, you can order a “White Frame,” renovation without furniture and appliances, but with a finished bathroom and kitchen. You can also choose one of three renovation options: “Business,” “Business Plus,” and “Premium.”
After the completion of construction, an HOA will be created, and the owners themselves will be able to make decisions on servicing the territory. We will help organize this process and provide the necessary contacts for specialists in pool cleaning, video surveillance, and territory cleaning.
